Art Explorer Zoom Adventures
Originally a summer program launched in the time of COVID-19, this program can be adapted to the needs of a school, learning pod or camp. Topics explored include art, history, stories and cultures, scavenger hunts, world- famous museums and world heritage sites. Students explore art through the eyes of artists.
Each session is one hour daily for one week. A five-week session will cover the entire curriculum.
Classes are grouped by grade. Curriculum includes the following five themes:
- World of Mythology: Mythical Creatures Around the Globe
- Creation Myths of the World
- Ancient Writing and Sacred Words: From Cuneiform to Chinese
- Looking at Art: Learning to See
- Shelter: Building through the Ages
